Würth Elektronik, together with Renesas Electronics (formerly known as IDT), has launched a new 15 W wireless power development kit with highly efficient power transmission. A key innovation of this plug & play wireless power solution is support for bidirectional data communication between the transmitter and receiver. The Wireless Power Kit includes an intuitive Renesas Electronics I²C Lite GUI for data analysis and enables device authentication for data security.
The flexibility allows users to program and customize key parameters to meet requirements in areas such as sensor applications, medical or industrial fields, and consumer products. To ensure compatibility, power plugs are included in European, U.S. and U.K. formats. This kit was developed in cooperation between Würth Elektronik and Renesas Electronics.
