Work or family? That’s a thing of the past – we want our parents to feel reassured when they are at work. For us this means: individual planning of parental leave, childcare hours aligned with working hours, opportunities for personal and professional advancement in order to meet both the challenges of the position and the needs of the family. This is worthwhile both for you and for us: If parents know that their offspring is in the best hands then they are much more able to freely develop their expertise in their job.
