Beschreibung

The PWM type DC/DC converter for AC/DC providesan optimum system for all products that include anelectrical outlet. It enables simpler design of a higheffective converter specializing in non-isolated devices.This series has a built-in HV starter circuit thattolerates 650V, and it contributes to low powerconsumption. With a current detection resistor forswitching as internal device, it can be designed assmall power supply. Since current mode control isutilized, current is restricted in each cycle andexcellent performance is demonstrated in bandwidthand transient response. The switching frequency isfixed to 100 kHz. A frequency hopping function is alsoon chip, and it contributes to low EMI. In addition, abuilt-in super junction MOSFET which tolerates 650Vmakes the design easy.
