Philipp Conrad

Philipp Conrad

Philipp Conrad is a Field Application Engineer for wire bonding at Würth Elektronik. Following his studies in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Heidelberg, he completed an MBA at the Steinbeis University in Berlin. Conrad joined Würth Elektronik in 2008 as Assistant to the Executive Board, implementing various change management projects.

Since 2010 he has been responsible for wire bonding in Schopfheim, where he established the unit and continues to develop it. He advises customers and oversees projects from the initial concept through implementation to the end product.

Bert Heinz

Bert Heinz

Bert Heinz is a Thermal Management Product Manager at Würth Elektronik. After completing his degree in electrical engineering at the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences, he worked in various companies as a developer, administrator and customer advisor.

He has been employed by Würth Elektronik since 2007 and works in the Thermal Management depart-ment at the Schopfheim site. Amongst other tasks, he advises customers and supervises projects from the first idea, through implementation to the final product.

Stefan Keller

Stefan Keller

Stefan Keller studied Business Administration and has been working with PCB technology for more than 25 years. Working in various positions within the production planning and engineering departments, he gained an extensive practical knowledge.

In 2003 he moved into product management at Würth Electronics, where he successfully expanded the HDI technology division.

Since 2010 he has been the product manager of the Würth Elektronik Focus Technology team, which works with HDI, signal integrity, thermal management and wire bonding.

Anna-Maria Ricca

Anna-Maria Ricca

Anna-Maria Ricca is a trained industrial clerk.

Since 2008 she has worked for WEdirekt, the online shop of the Würth Elektronik . She was influential in the founding of the shop and has been involved from the beginning of its development. She provides support both with daily operations as well as with numerous projects and is responsible for the development of the system workflow and system processes.

Andreas Schilpp

Andreas Schilpp

Dipl.Ing. (FH) Andreas Schilpp studied Physics Engineering at Heilbronn University. Afterwards, he worked as a development engineer in the semiconductor industry and as an applications engineer and laboratory head at a leading company in measuring and control technology.
Since 1994, he has worked at Würth Elektronik as a Product Manager. He supervised many internal development projects and supported customers in designing in HDI and heatsink technologies.

As Product Manager for flex-rigid printed circuit boards, Andreas Schilpp has been a well-known specialist for a number of years and is responsible for this product area. Presentation activities at design conferences in Germany and abroad, seminars at education institutions and guest lectures at universities top off the scope of his duties.

Jürgen Wolf

Jürgen Wolf

Jürgen Wolf studied at the University of Freiburg and in 2004 received his Master's degree in the field of microsystems technology at the Institute of Microsystem Technology IMTEK.

After graduating, he worked as a research assistant at IMTEK until in 2005 when he took responsibility for the Research and Development department at Robert Bosch GmbH with the focus on MEMS-based inertial sensors. In 2008, he became a project engineer in the PCB technology R&D department at Würth Elektronik. Since 2012, he has held the role of Deputy Head of Research and Development CBT.
