Trainee program in electronics sales
(focus on passive components and electro-mechanics)

In our nationwide trainee program in electronic sales, you will be prepared systematically for a career on the sales force:

During the first year you will be working in the headquarters at the Waldenburg location in Germany

  • In-depth introduction to tools and organization 
  • Orientation to the operating procedures and learning the corporate philosophy 
  • Learning the merchandise information system and the products 
  • Introduction to making "active" phone calls 
  • Supporting the future sales area initially as part of the in-house staff 
  • Personally supporting customers in the sales region on a stand-in basis 

In the second year you will change over to your local home office

  • Providing support in acquiring new and very small customers in collaboration with the in-house staff and phone sales 

Direct entry (without traineeship)
